LR091361 is a rear door latch fitted to the rear door lock mechanism of the vehicle. It engages the door striker to hold the door closed, transfers loads from the door to the striker and accepts input from the internal and external door handles and from the vehicle's lock actuator (where fitted), converting those inputs into lock or release actions so the catch retains the door under load and allows controlled release when operated.
